Screen Printing on Garments

Eastland Screen Prints, Inc. uses both manual and automatic equipment in the screen printing process. We have one 8-color, 10 station  and one 12-color, 14 station Tuf Products automatic press (see picture), each of which which has a production capability of up to 720 t-shirts per hour. We also have an 8-color, 8 station,  a 4-color, 4 station, and a variety of other smaller manual presses used for specialized production needs such as caps, vinyl binders, boxer shorts, etc.

Screen Printing on Other Substrates

Although we specialize in printing "wearables," we also are experienced in printing on a variety of other substrates, including vinyl binders, pennants, and other "flat stock" (glass, paper, metal, and plastics, etc.).  However, since our specialty is garments, the image area that we can print is limited in size to that of a T-shirt, i.e., approximately 16x20 inches. If you need a larger image printed, check your yellow pages for sign makers--they routinely deal with larger image areas.

Pad Printing (temporarily inactive)

We maintain a capability for short-run, quick turnaround printing on such items as cups, mugs, golf balls, glass stemware, etc. using either our manual cylindrical and pad printing presses. Please call for details.

Artwork

We provide full art services.  We have tens of thousands of items of electronic "clip art" which can serve as a starting point, and be modified to suit your design. We are also very experienced in taking your artwork--be it just an idea in your head or a pencil drawing on a napkin--and refining it into finished artwork suitable for printing.

If you are a novice, or have any questions, please don't hesitate to call us. Remember, "the only dumb question is the one you don't ask." We have heard them all, and would much rather answer your artwork questions before you even place an order than have a misunderstanding later!
